Return Policy

To make an ONLINE return: items must be postmarked and sent back no later than a WEEK of their delivery date. Emry boutique is notified once a package has been delivered to you.

In store purchases must be returned in store 

All returns must have ALL original tags still attached, be unwashed and unworn and in original condition. Items must include your shipping receipt in order to look up your order number. SALE, jewelry and promo code items are FINAL sale.

Please use your preferred shipping method to return your goods. If items are returned outside of the return window no exchanges or store credit will be issued.

All items may only be returned for store credit only
